What's included
One number, whole team
Messages to your main number arrive in a shared inbox instead of one person's phone.
Assign and transfer
Take a conversation, hand it to a colleague, and keep the full thread with the contact through the handoff.
Ownership that expires
A claimed thread returns to the shared inbox after a period of inactivity, so nothing sits waiting on one person.
Auto-archive stale threads
Unanswered threads archive after a window your admins choose, and reopen automatically on a new inbound message.
Organization-wide message log
An audit trail of messages across the workspace, searchable and exportable to CSV.
Routing statistics
See where inbound messages are landing and catch misrouted conversations before they're missed.
Complete contact history
Every message stays attached to the contact, so whoever picks up next has the context.
How teams use it
In a school district
A parent texts the school number about an absence. Whoever is at the front desk answers, the thread stays on the student's record, and an administrator can audit it later.
See IntelCue for schools →In a business or firm
A client texts the main line after hours. The first available team member picks it up, transfers it to the right person, and nothing depends on one staffer's cell phone.

- Can several staff work the same number?
- Yes. Inbound messages to your main number land in a shared inbox any permitted team member can pick up, and history stays with the contact.
- What stops two people replying at once?
- When someone takes a conversation it becomes theirs, and other staff can see it is being handled. Conversations can also be transferred deliberately.
- What if someone claims a thread then goes on leave?
- A claimed conversation returns to the shared inbox after a period of inactivity, so a reply never waits on one person's availability.
- What happens to threads nobody answers?
- Stale unanswered threads are archived automatically after a window your admins set, and they reopen on their own if the contact writes again.
- Can admins see everything that was sent?
- Yes. An organization-wide message log records messages across the workspace and can be exported as CSV.
- Can we tell where messages are ending up?
- Routing statistics show how inbound messages are being placed — shared inbox versus an individual — so admins can spot problems early.
